Celebrity chef Shaun Rankin features in a new video by RSPH discussing food safety tips for the professional and domestic kitchen.
 
Shaun Rankin is Head Chef of the Michelin Star restaurant, Bohemia in Jersey and has appeared on television programmes such as Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen. In this video Dr Lisa Ackerley, Professorial Fellow to the Royal Society for Public Health and Managing Director of Hygiene Audit Systems, talks to Shaun about food safety in the kitchen and the importance of training.
