The space available is on the Second Floor and is approximately 400 square foot.

Portland Place benefits from a superb central London location, and is close to Oxford Circus, Regent's Park and Great Portland Street tube stations. Tenants would also benefit from four complimentary uses per annum of the Founders Room and would also receive preferential rates on Portland Place room hire throughout the year.
