Who is it suitable for?
This course is designed for people new to a leadership role or leaders who would like to improve their skills and understanding.
This is one of our management skills in a public health environment courses. These programmes are designed to help individuals develop a range of skills as a foundation for successful management in a range of health related environments. These are of particular relevance to PCTs.
