Food allergies are a growing issue in today’s society. The general public are becoming more aware and today’s food safety professionals need to be well trained and knowledgeable about all aspects of food allergy legislation, guidance, symptoms and treatment.
The unique learning programme comes in two parts – a pre-course online training session and the one-day workshop. All course delegates will also receive the Hygiene Audit Systems allergytraining.com pack for food handlers (Stage 1, which retails at £50 + VAT, is included free in your delegate pack). You will also learn how to use it as a training tool in the workplace.
Who should attend?
Risk managers, food safety officers, environmental health practitioners, health and safety officers, food technical managers, food safety trainers and proprietors of food businesses.

Date and Venue:
The course will take place on Wednesday 24th March. Registration from 9.00am to 9.30. Meeting starts at 9.30am – close at 4.30pm (full programme sent on booking)
The course will take place at RSPH, 28 Portland Place, London W1B 1DE. Nearest underground stations are Great Portland St and Oxford Circus. Both are within easy walking distance.
Fee and Payment:
RSPH members £245, public sector and charities £265, private sector £295
The fee includes course materials (including pre-course learning tool), an allergytraining.com pack, lunch and refreshments.
Cheques should be made payable to the Royal Society for Public Health, and to guarantee a place, returned with the booking form. We also accept payment by BACS transfer and all major credit/debit cards.
Refunds of the course fee will only be made if notice of cancellation is received in writing two weeks in advance of the course. There is a non-refundable element of £38. After this time, no refunds will be given.
Substitutions can be made at any time.
