Following the successful launch of the RSPH’s Guide for World Class Commissioners. Promoting Health and Well-Being: Reducing Inequalities in December 2009, specialist training options for Commissioners and Health Improvement Specialists are now available. Continuing feedback from the field reveals a consistantly high level of endorsement for the Guide and its contents. Particular support has been expressed for its focus on professional and organisational components.

This programme is an introduction to the Guide’s processes and principal concepts. It covers both professional and organisational aspects of working for health improvement. Suitable for those needing a grounding in health improvement.

A two day advanced programme is also available.
 
This is one of our health and well being courses. These programmes cover a range of topics related to the development and implementation of health and well being programmes within commercial organisations or the wider community. These are of relevance to anyone who is interested in or has responsibility for promoting health and wellbeing in their place of work or community.
