NICE Guidance for Health Promotion

The National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence’s work programme

NICE provides guidance on promoting good health and preventing and treating ill health. NICE’s work on health promotion is led by the Centre for Public Health Excellence, under the direction of Professor Mike Kelly. A major effort has been made to engage with local government, including a good working relationship with IDeA, as well as with the NHS.
