  3. New Chair appointed at the Royal Society for Public Health

    On April 1st 2009 Dr Selwyn Hodge will become Chair of the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH [Royal Society for Public Health]). Dr Hodge will be taking over from Professor Alan Maryon Davis, Inaugural Chair of the RSPH [Royal Society for Public Health], who oversaw the merger of the Royal Society for Health (RSH [Royal Society of Health]) and the Royal Institute of Public Health (RIPH [Royal Institute of Public Health]) in September 2008, and helped lead the organisation through their first six months of operation.

  4. Health Trainers Topic of Radio 4 Programme

    In 2007 the RSPH [Royal Society for Public Health] was funded by the Department of Health to develop a programme of learning for Health Trainers. This has resulted in the development of the RSPH [Royal Society for Public Health] Level 2 Award in Understanding Health Improvement.
