If you would like to pay by monthly, quarterly or annual direct debit, which entitles you to a 5% discount on your annual fees, please download the Membership Payment Form
Once you have completed the application form, you can either:
- Apply by email: email our membership department your scanned, completed application form as an attachment. All email applications should go to Louise Arthurs, Membership Officer.
- Apply by post: return your completed application form to the address below, marked for the attention of Louise Arthurs
Please remember to send copies of your supporting documents in with your application. Please also remember to include your payment details or to return a completed payment form with your application.
Please ensure that you have indicated which membership category you wish to be considered for. If there are any problems with your application our Membership Team will contact you. If you have any queries about your application, please email the membership team
Please note, a £35 administration fee is charged for the application process. Applications can take 10-14 days to process once we have received your application.
Subscriptions are fully tax-deductible if you are professionally active and pay UK tax. The RSPH [] is recognised under Inland Revenue Section 201 ICTA 1988.
