   Passing the Royal Institute of Public Health examination has really helped me raise my awareness in relation to all the duties and responsibilities of my current post as a mortuary officer for Poole Hospital NHS Trust

   I've been working for Morrison's for six years in a variety of roles but I have now gone into Personnel Management. I previously worked as café manager for Morrison's but now I have this qualification, I've got the skills to train my colleagues in the RSPH Level 2 Food Hygiene.

   My job is really varied; I work with the produce teams, making sure our departments are at their best, making sure policies and procedures are adhered to

   I've been a butcher for 53 years and Food Hygiene procedures are very different to what they were to when I started out. Working with meat produce, you have to be extra careful so my training Food Hygiene and HACCP has been invaluable. I'm proud of the work I do.

   I've been with Morrison's six years and have completed levels 1 and 2 in Food Safety. I've just completed an Open Learning Pack to do with my work here in the cake shop.
