Doninique Taylor, Morrissons “I’ve been working for Morrison’s for six years in a variety of roles but I have now gone into Personnel Management. I previously worked as café manager for Morrison’s but now I have this qualification, I’ve got the skills to train my colleagues in the RSPH Level 2 Food Hygiene.

The qualification has given me bags of confidence as well as opening my eyes to a wider aspect of the food hygiene industry and how to train people and answer their questions.

I’ve found the course extremely challenging! It’s amazing how much there is to learn about food hygiene. I hope to eventually take level 4, in order to train staff within level 3.”
