The Level 1 Award in Health Awareness provides information to enable individuals to take responsibility for their own health and those around them. It focuses on both physical and mental health and wellbeing.

This programme is designed for people who intend to deliver the Level 1 Health Awareness award within their organisation. The day aims to orientate participants to the award, its application, learning outcomes and options for delivery, with particular attention to how they might deliver the programme to their target audience within their specific setting.
