“Since starting at Morrison’s I’ve had to re-do all my food hygiene training starting with my basic certificate, then completing my Level 2 Food Hygiene before I was allowed to handle any food produce. I have just completed my Level 3 Food Safety and an Opening Learning Pack (DOL) to do with canteen procedures. There are so many areas of Food Hygiene and I’d really like to go on and study more and progress my career.
