This conference, chaired by Ian Donaghy, Carer and Author of Dear Dementia, will focus on practical steps to delivering person-centred care for people living with dementia. Case studies and extended sessions will demonstrate best practice in delivering a person-centred dementia care and ensuring best practice and care for people living with dementia.
