In 1859 Florence Nightingale wrote “it may seem a strange principle to enunciate as a first requirement in a hospital that it should do the sick no harm” and yet over a 160 years later we have still to fulfill that requirement with new hospitals hitting the headlines for all the wrong reasons. This webinar will describe what are the common features of new build projects which are causing harm to patients and their families and what lessons can be learnt to prevent future mistakes.
