What is it?

Following on from the success of the Kitchen Conversation YouTube videos and requests for a live event, Lisa Ackerley and Sterling Crew, with RSPH, will host a “Kitchen Conversation” to discuss current food safety topics and encourage debate with the audience.

The event is free to RSPH members and RSPH trainers, non-members £25.

Expect a lively debate - top of the list will be allergens, but delegates will be asked to vote for additional topics in advance and we will start with the top three requests. Vote for your topic here.

  • Allergens
  • Campylobacter
  • Listeria
  • Food safety culture
  • Food Hygiene Ratings
  • How do you get food handlers to become more hygienic?
