Event details

This seminar will be bringing together policymakers and key stakeholders to consider next steps for integrated care systems, with the second wave expected to be announced later this year.

Delegates will assess the initial lessons that might be learnt from the first wave of collaborative partnerships across the country, and how these might be built upon going forward - looking at practicalities around governance, decision-making and resource management, challenges for ensuring patient and public involvement in service delivery, and key issues for the health and social care workforce, as the range of organisations involved in delivery work towards providing joined-up care.

Further sessions discuss utilisation and the potential of analytics and real world data to improve local population health outcomes, the developing role of local authorities in working in partnership with NHS organisations and the possible impact of the upcoming social care green paper on service redesign.
