Norovirus is highly contagious and causes the sudden onset of debilitating symptoms. Its spread can be a particular problem in settings where a number of people are gathered together - such as in schools, care homes, hospitals and hotels.
This webinar will discuss the symptoms of Norovirus, how it is commonly spread and practical prevention methods. There will also be a discussion about the importance of being fully prepared for a possible Norovirus outbreak.
The webinar will describe the actions which should be taken if an outbreak should strike in order to reduce the spread of the virus. Also included will be key points for dealing with a vomiting incident and appropriate cleaning procedures.
