Sterling Crew: Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner, Managing Director of SQS Ltd, Chair of The Food Authenticity Network’s Advisory Board and the IFST Food Safety Group.

The co-founders of “Kitchen Conversations”, Professor Lisa Ackerley and Sterling Crew, will have a lively discussion on the issues faced by businesses re-opening after the lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Some business are already open, while others are still waiting for a re-start date. What are the concerns, what should organisations be doing to control the risks in their business and what should the public expect?

Hand washing, disinfection, social distancing and simply not touching your eyes are key issues, for both staff and customers. Personal Protective Equipment and face-coverings: what are the differences? Who should wear what? What about single-use gloves?

The webinar will be of interest to those working in a wide range of businesses, as well as those working in environmental health and anybody with an interest in safety and infection control.

The discussions will be led purely by the questions submitted by the delegates at this free webinar, so do register to join in the conversation.

If you are not available at the time of webinar streaming, you can still register and hear the discussions for 24 hours after the delivery of the webinar.
