This new pack was created by the authors of the main Food Hygiene Certificate tutor packs. It contains 27 pages of teaching notes divided into lesson plans for each of five units (Introduction, Bacteria, Avoiding Contamination, Personal and General Hygiene and Temperature Control).

There are also three revision tests, information on planning and procedures and an appendix of handouts.
