What is Level 2 Nutrition for Health?

Understanding the role nutrition plays on human health is essential knowledge for improving health outcomes. Our accredited Level 2 qualification will provide you with knowledge of the principles of a well-balanced diet, current public health guidance on healthy eating and the relationship between diet and health and wellbeing and how to provide special diets/foods for specific clients.
