What is Training Accreditation?
The RSPH training accreditation service offers an independent endorsement of an organisation’s training programmes, verifying that they meet their learning objectives, have high standards of training design and support the strategic objectives of the organisation.
Can my Programme be Accredited?
We accredit training programmes delivered on a not for profit basis, such as those from voluntary organisations, community interest companies, social enterprises, local authorities or NHS trusts. We also accredit programmes from organisations in the corporate sector which train their staff in-house using programmes tailored to specific business requirements. The programmes can be provided through all types of delivery – classroom, on-line, e-learning or mixed delivery methods. We have accredited training programmes across many areas of public health, health and wellbeing, food safety, MECC, nutrition and retail for a broad range of clients
What are the benefits?
Our clients value the rigorous, independent assessment we provide during our review of programmes. RSPH accreditation demonstrates to trainees, commissioners, customers, staff and other stakeholders that training programmes meet their learning objectives, are well designed and use high quality training materials.
Other benefits include use of our accreditation logo on training and promotional materials, an accreditation certificate and the use of a statement of our endorsement.
