We offer three fully-equipped meeting rooms for hire at our offices at John Snow House.

With competitive prices and a very accessible location in the heart of the City of London, these are ideal spaces for interviews, board or team meetings.

Our Rooms

Heggie Room One is a compact room that is suitable for informal meetings or as a breakout room if you are using the main room. The room has flexible seating and can accommodate up to six people. There is a large TV screen with an HDMI cable for hybrid meetings or presentations. 

Heggie Room Two/Three is at the front of John Snow House and is light and airy. The room is set up in a board room style and can accommodate meetings for up to 20 people. The room has a folding divider wall, making it perfect for breakout rooms. The space has a large TV screen and a Logitech Rally Bar with dual-camera system and an AI Viewfinder which delivers fluid, cinematic video for hybrid meetings. Just plug in your laptop via HDMI or USB C and you are ready to go.

The rooms are located on the second floor of John Snow House and access is via lift or stairs.  Please note that the entrance of our building has five steps and is regrettably not suitable for wheelchair access.

Prices 

Our rooms are available to hire at very competitive rates. A 10% discount is also available to RSPH members, charities, RSPH-approved centres, and new customers on their first booking. 

Facilities

Included in the price is the use of the adjacent kitchen as well as tea/coffee, chilled and filtered water, flipchart, and high-speed Wi-Fi. 

We are conveniently located within easy reach of numerous transport links in the City of London near the Tower of London.
