10 years on from the landmark study Fair Society, Healthy Lives (The Marmot Review) this review explores changes since 2010 in five policy objectives, outlining areas of progress and decline since 2010 and proposing recommendations and a clear agenda at a national, regional and local level.

The King’s Fund has worked with AHPs from across the UK to develop a framework to support any AHP to think through and understand their contribution to tackling health inequalities, whatever their role. The framework details how AHPs can raise awareness, take action and optimise advocacy.

This study undertook a rapid review to explore the impact of AHPs’ practice on health inequalities.

Allied Health Profession Reports

The Allied Health Profession reports have been produced by Public Health England, in collaborations with various partners and stakeholders from across a spectrum of public health organisations. The reports include the first UK wide Allied Health Profession document and a strategic framework for the future of the Allied Health Profession workforce.
