Through this course, you will be equipped with all the information you need to understand your roles and responsibilities as a person supporting others with their heath and wellbeing, including:  

• How to ensure data protection and uphold confidentiality and privacy when supporting individuals 
• The importance of safeguarding and the practical steps to take when abuse is suspected 
• How to clearly define your role and collaborate effectively with colleagues to provide the best support 
• Processes and methods use to evaluate health services and ensure that interventions are effective and impactful to their recipients 

How long does it take to complete? 

The Level 3 Roles and Responsibilities for Supporting People with Health and Wellbeing qualification includes up to 20 hours of online study that you can undertake at your leisure. Your progress will be saved inside the RSPH Learn LMS and you can come back to it at your own pace. 

Assessment and certification 

Once you have completed the course, you will be assessed through your submission of a digital workbook, where you will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge you have gained.
