At RSPH, we want every business to be able to do more for the health of their workforce. Our Health and Work Network was set up to allow employers to share best practice, learn from each other, and demonstrate their commitment to workplace wellbeing.
Representing employers with more than 10,000 staff from across the country, the Network is unique in its focus on improving workplace wellbeing schemes. Whether it is finessing an established offer, or getting started in this space, the Network can help you realise the benefits of employee wellbeing.

Our Principles
- Everyone in the Network is committed to improving the health and wellbeing of their workforce. To support this, we ask them to sign up to the RSPH Workplace Wellbeing principles:
- We listen to our staff, treat each person with respect, and involve them in shaping a culture that supports mental, physical and social wellbeing.
- We use data, insight and the experience of our staff to understand health needs across our workforce, and tailor their approach to support those at risk.
- We take a proactive and evidence-informed approach to workplace health, ensuring their policies, leadership and environment enable people to thrive.
- We offer clear, accessible support and practical tools to help everyone stay well and seek out new ways to support health at work.
- We regularly reflect on their progress and share what we learn—because health and wellbeing are everyone's business.
Fees
Organisations will be asked to pay an annual administration fee to support the management of the network. This is based on organisation size, and ranges from £100 to £1,000. For more information on fees, please get in touch with us at [email protected].
If you are a micro employer with fewer than 10 employees, please get in touch as we may be able to waive this.
