How Did you get into Pest Control?
I had sold a company I'd started and my cousin, who owned Monitor Pest Control at the time, asked me to come and work for him. I started at the bottom as a technician, soon progressing up to Supervisor. Monitor was bought out and I then became Operations Manager. After another buyout, I am now a Regional Operations Manager.
How has your career developed since you started?
From starting at the bottom, hard work and dedication has seen me move up through the ranks. Every day is an opportunity to learn.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
I've always enjoyed the investigation into root cause. The single most rewarding aspect is ridding a site of a historic problem. Especially if other companies haven't been able to.
