Swim England and Good Boost have worked together since 2018 to develop an effective solution for people with a range of MSK conditions, including before and after orthopaedic surgery. The Good Boost aqua rehabilitation app improves physical function and participant quality of life, transforming community swimming pools into therapeutic spaces.

Bradford District and Craven Clinical Commissioning Group identified late cancer presentations and low cancer screening programmes uptake within their population. Working with Cancer Research UK, interpreted training was delivered to South-Asian community groups in Urdu and Punjabi to demystify cancer, improve knowledge, and facilitate positive conversations within their community about cancer.

The Covid-19 pandemic exacerbated the stress involved in parenting infants. Parents lacked normal postnatal face-to-face professional and social support due to social distancing restrictions, presenting a barrier to meeting families’ needs. Lambeth Early Action Partnership (LEAP) partially filled this gap by providing a postnatal meals service to families with new babies in Lambeth, London.
