This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Qualifications team and play an important role in supporting our approved centres and the effective administration and delivery of RSPH qualifications.
The role
We are looking for an organised, accurate and customer-focused Qualifications Centre Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration of our qualifications and provide an excellent service to centres delivering, or wishing to deliver, RSPH qualifications.
Working closely with the Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager and wider Qualifications team, you will support centre administration, including centre approvals, audits and compliance activity. You will also process paper-based and e-assessment bookings, administer results and certificates, support the production of examination papers and assessment materials, and help maintain question banks.
The role will involve regular contact with our approved centres and external partners. You will help organise and attend centre support events and work with colleagues across RSPH, including supporting qualifications communications and social media content.
What you will bring
You will be a strong administrator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive, customer-focused approach.
You will be comfortable managing competing priorities and working to agreed deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will be confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and databases, able to work effectively as part of a team and use your own initiative.

Experience of Creatio and Surpass, working within a regulated Awarding Organisation, or producing assessment materials and examination papers would be desirable but is not essential.
