29th November - book your place now!

This November the RSPH and RBE Associates, invite you to a free half day seminar in London to discuss the role and importance of behaviour change techniques in improving people's health and wellbeing. Whether tackling sexual risk-taking behaviours, unhealthy eating or encouraging physical activity, behaviour change interventions are useful and effective.

Our inspiring speaker Graham Rushbrook, who has a wealth of experience in behaviour change techniques as a qualified social worker and NHS Director, will demonstrate how behaviour change and brief intervention can be effectively used. The seminar will also highlight some case studies as well as familiarise the audience with the new RSPH Level 2 award in Understanding Behaviour Change, and how this qualification can be adopted and rolled out, across a broad range of settings.

For those of you working with the Making Every Contact Count framework, this is a fantastic opportunity to commission training which equips anyone in the workforce to better understand motivation as well as revisit skills in goal setting. This can only support the efforts to work with Long Term Conditions and Pain management, as well as complimenting the work of IAPT and mental health recovery.

Places are limited, to book your place please contact Gina Mohajer.
