Brief background about the workshop: Led by established researchers in dietary assessment methods, the workshop brings together current knowledge and practice on dietary assessment methods, with a focus on; choosing correct assessment techniques for optimising dietary intake data measurement, reviewing advanced and digital intake collection methods, and correctly adjusting for energy intake in large scale nutrition surveys. Delegates will have a chance to sign up for lunchtime 10-minute one-to-one session with one of the speakers on the day.
