This free conference is funded by Health Education England as part of the National Mental Health, Dementia and Learning Disability Programme Board’s work in improving the NHS workforce.

The conference programme will discuss resilience, review existing mental health workforce initiatives and propose ways forward. Practical case studies will serve to share best practice and provide the inspiration for wider adoption across the wider system around engagement, retention, and health and wellbeing.
