RSPH will use your information to process and manage your application for RSPH accreditation. Our legal basis for processing your information is to fulfil our contract with you and provide you with our accreditation services.
Managing accreditation includes assessment of training programmes, health campaigns and other programmes submitted for RSPH accreditation, entering into accreditation agreements, supporting communication activities, annual renewal of RSPH accreditation, administering accreditation records, advising you of our services, maintaining our own accounts and records.
We will retain your personal information during your application for RSPH accreditation and for the duration of accreditation for your programme or campaign. When your programme or campaign ceases to be accredited, we will continue to retain some of your information in order to be able to prove your accreditation if needed. We will delete information no longer required between two and four years after your accreditation expires.
We will not share your personal information with any other organisation without your prior consent, unless we are required to do so by law.
