Healthy Minds Greater Manchester e-learning

Healthy Minds Greater Manchester E-Learning course
#timetotalkGM

Many people experience a mental health problem at some point in their life. It is the single largest cause of disability in the UK. It is therefore important that there is both an understanding of mental health and wellbeing and that there are resources for the public to develop their skills and awareness.

Developed in partnership with Greater Manchester Care Partnership, the Royal Society for Public Health is excited to offer a new eLearning course for anyone living or working in Greater Manchester.

At the end of this 1-hour course you will better understand:

  • the difference between mental health and poor mental health.
  • the things we can do to help us cope with our negative thoughts and feelings like using Five Ways to Wellbeing and breathing more slowly.
  • the benefit of talking and sharing our thoughts and feelings with someone we trust.

At the end of the course, you would be emailed a completion certificate to celebrate your learning.

To access the eLearning course please follow the link below. Please note free places are available only to those living or working in Greater Manchester. Ensure to enter your job role and organisation on the link below; if you are not currently working, you can simply enter "N/A" in these fields.
