An excellent example of a well-considered, inclusive and proactive health improvement service. The service is based on a robust training framework, which is in turn built on clear, evidence-based behaviour change theory. The intervention successfully engages groups that are often under-represented, from fishermen to migrants.

It has been great for our team to see their hard work be noticed further afield. We are thrilled to have received this nomination our team has worked tirelessly to help others improve their health and wellbeing over the past months.
