Event details

Location: Westminster, London

The theme for the 2018 conference is 'A Later Life worth Living’  and much of the content will focus on social care. The government’s forthcoming green paper will be the focus in a panel discussion where we will hear what a range of external experts think about where social care is now and the areas they think the Green Paper should focus on.

Further highlights include discussions around the reality of the health and care system and families’ role in care as well as parallel sessions looking at what is fair for older people and how they will pay for care. We will be joined by expert speakers from organisations such as: ACEVO, Centre for Social Justice, CQC, The Kings Fund and the Pension Advisory Service.
