I would like to get my pharmacy registered, how do I go about it?

The RSPH registration and quality assurance scheme for Healthy Living Pharmacy (HLP) Level 1 has closed and we are no longer processing registrations or issuing renewal certificates.  The government will announce new arrangements in due course.

Pharmacies that have yet to complete the self-assessment process for level 1 HLPs or where its accreditation/self-assessment has expired will need to demonstrate they still meet the requirements of an HLP Level 1 as defined by PHE. Once pharmacies have ensured they meet the requirements, they will need to retain a portfolio of evidence together with the completed assessment of compliance signed by a pharmacy professional. This compliance with the self-assessment form can be found in the PHE document Quality Criteria Assessment of Compliance Healthy Living Pharmacy (HLP) Level 1.
